THE PULSE: Helloooo April! As we enter this final week of March, stop and reflect. Can you feel the energy shift from the beginning of 2022 to now? How about from the beginning of this month? We continue to marvel at being able to feel the difference in energy. It feels lighter, doesn’t it? It feels like there is momentum, right? The heaviness of the first few months of the year has slowly been dissipating.
Astrologer Michael Lennox says “We are being guided and moved forward in our journeys in a big way. April really is the loveliest month of the year. Abundance (Jupiter) and Spirit(Neptune) are joining up during the next lunar cycle, and we will be treated to a beautiful integration of what can be possible for us to create in our outer experience. This happens every 12 years, but this is the only time in our lifetime that it will happen in Pisces, the sign that Neptune rules, and the sign of Jupiter’s rulership from classical astrology.” Exciting, right? They’ll be more on how to harness this energy in the coming weeks.
For now, with the beginning of April arriving at the end of this week, we’re reminded of “spring cleaning,” and to us, it’s an opportunity to simplify. What does that look like for you?
Use this week to think about what you’re ready to let go of in your life. Are there “things” cluttering up your life? Or certain people? Habits? What can you do to make room and take advantage of this new energy coming in? And if you haven’t felt clarity, there’s a good chance that what you’re looking for is right in front of you. You just have to clear the path. What’s standing in your way? Is it you? Stuff? Fear? Let that go!
Possibility and opportunity are available. You’ll see how this ties with The Download for this week. It’s remarkable! It’s no coincidence that this theme comes through with Jupiter’s significant role in April.
And in terms of simplifying, our Secret Power this week will help you get focused for each day. Enjoy these last days of March and let’s welcome April with open arms!
THIS WEEK’S DOWNLOAD: What You Seek is Seeking You
The great poet Rumi once wrote, “What you seek is seeking you.” As we set our intentions to share a message that could collectively support and inspire us this week, we felt our “inner seekers” calling to us to look for inspiration in unexpected places...to look inside, as well as outside, to discover the inner power that unites us all.
ROBYN'S THEME: Be Your Authentic Self.
Robyn’s meditation began with a vision of her swimming with angels, who offered messages of power and inspiration. Their words formed a poem of empowerment providing faith, confidence and inner wisdom for following through with intention.
Trust your own voice. Don’t make deals.
Use your inner knowing and don’t be afraid to be YOU.
There are no shortcuts. The path is “The Path” for a reason.
Know you will be loved for being authentically you.
We are all on the precipice of something miraculous.
You have learned so much over these last few years and months.
You know yourself on a deeper level, more than you ever have.
Use this deep knowing and be your fullest most authentic self and raise the vibration of the planet.
Your vibration is clear and ready to connect with other vibrations.
Use it to help others and fulfill your biggest dreams.
You have that power.
It all rests on intention.
Do you see that there is abundance for everyone?
There is more than enough for everyone. Abundance means different things to different people.
It can be the form of happiness, freedom…
Can you see what is coming for yourself?
Use your gifts. Use all that you have learned and share that with the world.
Every day is a new opportunity, and now we have the energy to help us achieve what we came here to do.
Well, yessss!! We have the power!! Intention it is.
KAREN'S THEME: We are all the same.
On the other hand, this week, Karen couldn’t get into her “download” mode. She had set aside time on a Sunday afternoon for her dedicated mediation time. But it was a BEAUTIFUL day and her mind resisted her mental ritual. She wanted to sit in the sun and just “be.” And so “in being” a different kind of meditation happened. She connected to the present, to the blissful reality of her now. And she heard her conscious (versus unconscious mind) talking.
What’s happening here is real life in snapshots. In the last ten minutes, a kaleidoscope of humans walking by my front porch. A true color wheel of people, nationalities, religions and personalities. Partners, families, singles with dogs. Bikers with headphones. Kiddos on tricycles stopping to say a playful “hello.” An elderly couple who want to know my name and the name of my dogs,
These are moments when time stops. Of simply enjoying the day, with no agenda or destination. Random encounters where we see each other and recognize our sameness, rather than our differences. Connecting…smile to smile…"hi to hi.” Knowing that we know each other.
My reflection became a visual soliloquy of real-life moments. Without expectation. Without judgment. Without escaping at all.
The literal definition of meditation is “to engage in contemplation or reflection. To engage in a mental exercise for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness.”
And for today, it wasn’t closing my eyes, trying to receive, or visualize being somewhere else. This was a moment of being in the moment..in the reality of now. And it was really good…just as it was.
No matter what message you might receive from The Download this week, know that the Universe always “has your back” and is speaking to you, showing you the way. Be it in deep reflection or on the street where you live. “Whatever you seek, is also seeking you.”
SECRET POWER: Set Your Daily Intention
For those of you that know about living with intention, consider this a loving reminder – and for those of you that are thinking, intention, huh? Get ready for your life to change. We believe intention is everything.
Merriam Webster defines intention as:
1a: what one intends to do or bring about
b: the object for which a prayer, mass, or pious act is offered
2: a determination to act in a certain way : RESOLVE
3 intentions plural: purpose with respect to marriage
4: IMPORT, SIGNIFICANCE
5: a process or manner of healing of incised wounds
6: CONCEPT especially :a concept considered as the product of attention directed to an object of knowledge
You can use intention each and every single day to live a more fulfilling and joyful life. Creating a daily intention puts energy in motion. It is your direct line to having a good day, every day. For real. It works. We’re going to challenge you to start using the power of intention this week. You can make it your own, specific to that day and the energy you want to send to it or if you need inspiration, here a few suggestions:
My intention today is to have a good day because it’s a good day to have a good day.
My intention today is to love myself unconditionally.
My intention today is to uplift others.
My intention is to be authentically me.
My intention today is to be kind to everyone in my path, including myself.
My intention today is to shine my light bright.
My intention today is to spread kindness.
My intention today is to have patience.
You can set your intention the night before or when you wake up in the morning. See what works best for you – just do it. Start. Make it a practice. Commit to starting today and do it for at least a week…we promise you’ll want to continue far beyond seven days.
Setting a daily intention is just the beginning. And if it’s all you do in regards to intention, it is enough. However, know that you can use intention behind everything and anything you do. It will always help! We use intention behind every meeting we hold, every appointment, every "Seeking Center" episode. You can use intention before your workouts, meals, phone calls, texts, you name it. Once you start practicing intention, you will see the difference – it’s magnificent…and our wish for you is to live the life of your dreams.
