It's really NOT the summer schedule anymore...we've now accepted this fact. LOL. While there are a few days that still feel summer-y, there are also now enough cool evenings that are a reminder that Fall will officially be here next week. It's felt a bit chaotic in our neck of the woods with lots of surprises finding their way to us -- keeping us on our toes and as we like to say are "soul expanding." (We say that with a wink and a smile!) How about you?


Every week, we're getting deep with Lizzi Cutler. Our talks are full of guidance, perspective and tangible takeaways. Between the three of us, we're always writing down notes + reminders from these power convos. Now we're taping them! We're discussing EVERYTHING that’s working or NOT working in our lives with the intention to share what's helping us because we hope it can work for you as well! We're almost done this Mercury in Retrograde cycle. PHEW! It's been a powerful one. Mercury will start moving forward after Friday, September only one more week of this wacky energy. We're not sure how it's been impacting you -- we've had emails + texts not sending, flights canceled, wi-fi issues and more. Sooo looking forward to what will feel like a bit more flow coming our way.

We say to tha, connect in with us each day. When we say connect in with us we mean connect in with you!!

Take a moment each morning to ask yourself how you are doing and reassure yourself that you are protected and loved. Start with that. We are you, you are we. We are all energy and you are a specific manifestation of this energy in this lifetime to expand your soul and on a bigger level…humanity. Let’s come back to you though…ask for small signs and we will deliver — if you are aware, and that will allow for you to trust more and more.

You will notice this week that there will be more flow this week than there has been in the last month. There has been such massive and at times chaotic energy over these past few weeks…this week will feel like things that you have learned as of late will allow you to move forward in more steady pace and things will feel easier. You will be more settled in a routine and flow will show herself.

Getting back to the rowboat — occasionally the current will lead you to the bank to stop and get out and experience. Take those moments where you are presented with opportunities to immerse yourself in them. What are they there to teach you? Is it joy? Is it strength? Is it resilience? Is it self-love? These stops along the way are purposeful and purposeFULL. Try to recognize them in the moment as much as you possible can. And then look for the signs to get further validation.

You are so precious, so loved, so on purpose. Please know that and allow that to carry you through this week and always. KAREN'S DOWNLOAD No matter what is happening in your life right now, in this minute, in your current existence, there is no better, other, more important time than now to FLOW. HESITATE in that moment of before….PAUSE Savor that place where you are. It is that place of the present moment Your aliveness Your place of deliberate creation Your place leaning in to whatever emotion you choose to give it Your place of feeling that emotion… This is LIVING What if you could always choose power? What if you could always choose deliberate creation What if you could always choose the feeling? This is the place where you ARE Where you are BEING Where you are creating the next moment of your life. This is where you are the creator. This is where you create the trajectory of your life. So for this week ... .hesitate…savor…and you will feel the love of the Universe more deeply than you have ever known.
